Who you are contracting with

CLB Target is operated by Akabogu Nnanyelu Kosisochukwu (the "seller", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms and are contracting with the seller.

Using CLB Target

CLB Target provides practice material for the CELPIP-General test. It is for your personal study only. You must not misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, no copying, reselling or sharing our tests, no infringing intellectual property, and no interfering with the site's security (including malware, probing or scraping).

Not the official test

We are not affiliated with Paragon Testing Enterprises. Scores shown on our site, including AI-generated scores, are estimates and do not guarantee any result on the official test.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

Intellectual property

We own the service and all its content, including tests, questions, explanations, software and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute any part of it.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the site running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Paid plans and payments

Paid plans give access to premium tests and features for the period you buy. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, fail to pay, or create a security or fraud risk. When access ends, your right to use the service stops immediately.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data). Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
